I consider myself to be a natural light photographer. I absolutely love to take pictures outside when the sun is low in the sky, throwing off beautiful sunbeams that wrap my subject in light. It’s what makes me so happy and feel alive. This winter has seemed like it will never end. I know I am not alone in feeling this way.  So, while I wait for what feels like forever for it to turn warm,  I decided to set up some photo shoots, to hone my craft and challenge myself in areas where I am a little out of my comfort zone. I love my studio and enjoy using the soft boxes, but for me, it can be a little tricky getting the lighting just the way I want it. So, while it snows, and sleets and dips below freezing temperatures, I will continue to practice, always have fun and get better at what I do.
